Brian Nutt is the President of Ignite Strategies, a strategic communications, political consulting and marketing firm.  

Brian draws on over 25 years of experience in both government and politics to help advise businesses, advocacy groups and political candidates to be successful. 

Prior to founding Ignite Strategies, Brian served as a partner in one of the nation’s premiere political consulting and media firms.

Brian has advised campaigns at every level including candidates for President, Governor, United States Senate, Congress, Attorney General, State Legislature and county and local office. 

In 2018 Brian served as chief strategist and media consultant for numerous successful State House and Congressional campaigns, including the highly competitive re-election of Congressman Scott Perry (PA-10)

Brian’s experience includes managing five successful statewide campaigns including former Governor Tom Corbett’s 2010 gubernatorial campaign where he directed a double-digit victory winning all but four of Pennsylvania’s 67 counties.

Brian has also been successful in the field of government relations and public affairs on behalf of our clients including multiple statewide issue advocacy campaigns.

Brian has advised national corporations, advocacy groups and associations on how to develop successful communications strategies and marketing campaigns.

Throughout his career Brian has developed a network of friends and associates in Pennsylvania and across the country that he is able to call upon to help with our clients’ issues, needs and concerns.

Brian and his wife Natalie reside in Hershey, Pennsylvania with their two daughters.

Kristin Nash manages Ignite Strategies’ fundraising and event planning department.

Kristin brings with her almost two decades of knowledge and experience in the fields of fundraising and event planning and organization.

In addition to fundraising for our political clients, Kristin organizes and manages political action committees for national corporations.

During her career Kristin has worked for and advised many prominent elected officials including Governors Tom Ridge, Mark Schweiker and Tom Corbett, to name a few.

Kristin began her career working in the scheduling office of Governor Tom Ridge, eventually becoming the Director of Scheduling and Advance. She served in that capacity for both Governors Ridge and Schweiker.

During that time, she coordinated thousands of events including international economic trade missions.

In 2004, Kristin went to Washington D.C. to serve as the Director of Scheduling and Advance to Secretary Ridge in the first ever Department of Homeland Security.

A native of Northeastern Pennsylvania, Kristin has worked for and consulted some of Pennsylvania’s most accomplished and successful public officials including Congressman Lou Barletta, Congressman Scott Perry, Bill Scranton, Senators Lisa Baker and John Rafferty, Representative Tarah Toohil and former Governor Tom Corbett.

Throughout her career, Kristin has developed a network of friends and associates in Pennsylvania and Washington D.C. that is second to none.
